Returns/Refunds

Products cannot be returned without a return authorization number issued by a BarberSouq Customer Service Representative. All requests to return goods must be made to BarberSouq with the following information (Which ever applicable) :

• Account number
• Invoice and purchase order number
• Catalogue number
• Quantity and unit of measure
• Lot number and expiration date
• Specific reason for the return
• Packing slip

Items returned due to a product not meeting customer’s expectations have 30 days to return the products for a money back guaranteed! We will even cover the shipping back to us!

A label must be attached to the outside of the re-packaged item(s) showing the authorization number and the BarberSouq address.

Items being returned must be re-packaged into a larger container to protect the original packaging of the product. All merchandise must be returned clean and unaltered, in original packaging. Merchandise returned not meeting these conditions would be returned to sender and no credit issued.

Any merchandise that is unopened, unaltered, unused can be returned for an exchange or a refund within 90 days of receipt. BarberSouq will cover the shipment charges back to our office

A minimum restocking fee of 20% will be imposed on merchandise that is not defective. An additional restocking fee may apply, or merchandise may not be eligible for any credit depending on the manufacturer’s policy. This will be determined at the time a return authorization number is issued.

Freight charges when returning merchandise will be covered by BarberSouq.

INSTRUMENTS: If any instruments are being returned for any reason they must be received in sealed packaging. Opened instruments will not be accepted for returns or warranty claims.
